Important information for your stay
Dear guests,
Here are some points you should consider:
Due to various incidents in relation to the number of people we are now unfortunately forced to record this in writing. It is not allowed to bring other people who have not booked in the apartment. Neither for visit and dinner together nor for overnight stay.
For each extra person who is unannounced in the apartment is charged a fee of 100 €.
On arrival, we charge a deposit of 200 € in cash, which will be paid in cash on departure. Please be sure to leave the apartment in good condition. Otherwise, we are forced to withhold part of the deposit for cleaning.
Please keep in mind that there may be neighbors and other guests. We expressly point out, that from 22 o’clock the general night rest prevails. Especially on our balcony

General conditions on payment and cancellation:
The cost for your stay has to be paid on arrival to your host in cash. If the guest resigns from the mandatory booking or does not utilize the booked goods and services, the accommodation facility basically has a claim to the full payment. We recommend that clients take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation charges:
- From 3 months prior to arrival: 20% of cost of travel
- From 2 months prior to arrival: 50% of cost of travel
- From 3 days prior to arrival: 80% of cost of travel
Pets are welcome in the apartment.
We ask you to register the animals by mail.
Extra charge per day per animal 10 €
The payment and cancellation conditions of the Holiday Apartment Bitto constitute part of each contract being concluded with our company.
